Shipping

Where do you ship to?
Worldwide. Every order ships internationally — wherever you are, we've got you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $200 USD. Below that, a flat rate of $9.99 USD applies to every order regardless of how many items you order or where you're located.
How long will my order take?
Every item is printed to order just for you, so it takes a little longer than stock shipping.

US and Europe: typically 8–10 business days.
Rest of world: typically 10–20 business days.
Where will my order ship from?
US orders are printed and fulfilled from North Carolina.
UK and European orders are fulfilled from Latvia.
Rest of world ships from whichever facility is closest — US or Europe.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you have questions about your tracking, drop us a message and we'll look into it.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
US and Europe: no customs fees.
UK: no customs below £135. Above that, fees may apply.
Rest of world: customs and tax fees may apply depending on your country — these are outside our control. If unsure, ask us before you order.
My order is missing. What do I do?
First check: confirm your delivery address on the shipping confirmation email, ask your local post office if they're holding it, and check with neighbours.

If the address was correct and it's genuinely missing, email us your order number and we'll sort it.

Sizing

What sizes do you carry?
Sizes L through 6X as standard inventory — not a special order, not a waitlist. All sizes are the same price. Check each product listing for the specific sizes available in that style.
How do I find my size?
Don't go by your usual clothing size — activewear sizing varies too much between brands. Instead:

1. Measure your natural waist, hips, and inseam in inches.
2. Compare to the finished garment measurements on the product page — not a generic chart.
3. When between sizes, always go up.

My waist and hips fall in different sizes. What do I order?
Order to your largest measurement — almost always the hip for leggings. If you're ordering a matching set where your top and bottom are different sizes, order each piece separately. We sell all tops and bottoms individually for exactly this reason.
Can you help me pick a size before I order?
Send us your waist, hip, and inseam measurements plus the product you want. We'll compare to that specific garment and tell you exactly which size to order. Free for every customer, every time.
Why doesn't Azalea have one master size chart?
Because one chart applied to every product isn't accurate. Different styles and suppliers cut patterns differently — a "2X" from one style can measure 2–3 inches differently than a "2X" from another. We publish the actual finished garment measurements on every listing so you compare directly to your body.

Products

What fabric are your leggings made from?
A high-quality polyester/spandex blend — 4-way stretch, moisture-wicking, and squat-proof. The exact composition is listed on each product page. Every style is tested for transparency before it goes live.
Will the print fade or crack after washing?
No. Our prints use sublimation printing — the dye is infused into the fabric fibres, not printed on top. The colour won't crack, peel, or fade with normal washing.

To keep prints looking their best: wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle. Air dry. Do not iron on the print.
Do your leggings have pockets?
Some styles do, some don't. Styles with pockets are clearly labelled "Leggings with Pockets" in the product title. You can also browse our Leggings with Pockets collection to see only pocket styles.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every item is printed to order specifically for you when you place your order. This is why delivery takes a little longer than standard stock shipping — but it also means zero excess inventory and a product made fresh, not sitting in a warehouse.
Can I order matching tops and bottoms in different sizes?
Yes — and this is one of the things we're most proud of. All tops and bottoms are sold individually. Order a 2X bra top and a 3X legging in the same print and they'll match perfectly. No forcing your whole body into one size. Contact us if you need help matching sizes.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Because everything is made to order, we don't technically "run out of stock." If a style shows as unavailable, drop us a message and we'll let you know its status.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not happy with your order, we'll issue store credit within 15 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds or merchandise exchanges.

Sale items: store credit only.
Clearance items: final sale — no returns or store credit.

To start a return, email us with your order number.
How do I return my order?
Email us with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery. We'll send return instructions. We have return addresses in the US, UK, and Europe so you won't be shipping internationally.
What if my product arrived damaged?
That's on us and we'll fix it fast. Email us with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll get a replacement or full refund sorted immediately.
The size doesn't fit. What are my options?
Email us within 15 days and we'll issue store credit so you can reorder the correct size. We don't offer merchandise exchanges — store credit is issued and you place a new order in the right size. To avoid this happening, use our free sizing help before ordering — send us your measurements and we'll advise before you spend anything.

Orders & Payments

Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's bank-grade secure checkout. We never see or store your card details. Pay by all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Because every item goes into production immediately after your order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or modify any order for any reason. Please double-check your size using our size guide or ask us for sizing help before completing your purchase.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available in our Gift Cards collection, delivered digitally by email. They never expire and can be used on any order.
