4. Production and Shipping Times

Wedding Gowns & Bridal Dresses: Most items require 30–45 business days for production.
Evening Gowns, Prom & Cocktail Dresses: Most items require 20–35 business days for production.

These are production times only and do not include shipping. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

5. Returns and Refunds

Key points:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
All tags must remain attached, and items must be unworn and in original condition.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only (no cash refunds).
Custom-sized, personalized, or final-sale items are non-returnable.
