Wholesale Return Policy

At Azalea Couture, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional garments to our valued wholesale partners. To ensure clarity and consistency within our wholesale operations and pricing structure, the following return policy applies to all wholesale orders.

Final Sale Policy

  • All wholesale orders are designated as final sale. We do not facilitate returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any wholesale purchases.
  • This policy strictly applies to all items acquired through our wholesale program, including any purchases made using the "AZALEAWHOLESALE" discount code.
  • We strongly advise our wholesale partners to thoroughly review their orders and our policies prior to completing their purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare instance that you receive an item that is damaged or found to be defective upon arrival, please notify Azalea Couture within 7 business days of your order's delivery date.

  • To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@azaleacouture.com. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Upon successful review and approval, we will arrange for a direct replacement of the identical item, subject to availability. If a replacement is not feasible, a credit will be issued for use on future wholesale purchases.
  • Items that show signs of being worn, altered, or laundered after receipt will not be eligible for damage claims.
  • Please note that minor variations in design or slight imperfections that do not impact the garment's functionality or overall aesthetic are not typically considered defects.

Order Cancellations

  • Wholesale orders are processed with efficiency. Therefore, requests for order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the purchase time. Cancellation requests submitted after this period cannot be guaranteed.
  • As outlined in our Wholesale Program terms, any order placed using the "AZALEAWHOLESALE" discount code that does not fulfill the $1,000 USD minimum purchase requirement will be automatically cancelled.
